For public companies, market capitalizations generally $20 million to $500 million that are preferably undervalued by 300% percent or substantially more. For private companies, only those considering going public, no pre-revenue.

Geography

For public companies, non-US exchange preferred, complex or more antiquated regulatory regimes are not preferred, such as India, Korea, Egypt, Bangladesh, or Vietnam. For private companies, US preferred.

Industry

For public companies, growth industries and growth opportunities preferred. For private companies, highly scalable cloud-based digital services preferred, such as software, cyber, managed services, entertainment.

Transaction Type

For public companies or companies considering becoming public, minority investments only without Board representation, flexible structures to minimize dilution to shareholders, including the proprietary credit-enhanced subordinated debenture.
